What is the Hana Bag made of?
The Hana Bag is crafted from cowhide leather; the highest quality cut of leather, known for its durability and natural texture. Over time it develops a rich patina, meaning the bag genuinely gets more beautiful the more you use it.
What are the dimensions?
Length: 13.7" (35 cm) · Width: 4.9" (12.5 cm) · Height: 10" (26 cm) · Handle Drop: 11" (28 cm). It fits a 15" MacBook, iPad, books, makeup pouch, water bottle, headphones, and daily essentials — with room to spare.
How do I care for the bag?
Wipe with a lint-free cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Store upright in a cool, dry space when not in use. The leather is low-maintenance and built to handle real life.
Is this a limited edition?
Yes. The Hana Bag is produced in limited quantities. Sometimes only having 1000 bags per collection. Each bag is made to order individually, which means we do not hold large stock. Once the current run closes, we cannot guarantee availability.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my bag?
The Hana Bag is made to order, meaning every piece is crafted individually, just for you. Please allow up to 3 months for your order to be made and dispatched. We know that feels like a wait, but this is exactly what makes it special: no mass production, no shortcuts. Once the bag production is completed, you will be sent your tracking number. Please be patient.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping is free. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bag is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your bag has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order's journey to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each bag is made specifically for you, we are only able to accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please immediately contact info@samuine.com. After that, production will have already begun. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Every bag is carefully quality-checked before shipping. If you ever receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping in full and make it right. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at info@samuine.com we will make it right. The bag must be returned in its original condition. Additonal shipping costs must be covered by you, unless the item has arrived defective or damaged.
How do I start a return?
Simply reach out to us directly — by email (info@samuine.com) or through our contact page. We are a small team and we actually reply. We will guide you through the return process and sort everything out for you. We sadly can not accept every return request (unless the item is truly damaged or defective).
Do you offer exchanges?
Sadly not. Since we have limited collections, exchanges are not possible.
