We know that feels like a wait, but this is exactly what makes it special: no mass production, no shortcuts. Once the bag production is completed, you will be sent your tracking number. Because each bag is made specifically for you, we are only able to accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please immediately contact info@samuine.com. After that, production will have already begun. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Every bag is carefully quality-checked before shipping. If you ever receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping in full and make it right. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at info@samuine.com we will make it right. The bag must be returned in its original condition. Additonal shipping costs must be covered by you, unless the item has arrived defective or damaged.
